Post Natal
It is recommended to have your postnatal check 6 to 8 weeks after your baby's birth, to ensure you feel well and are recovering properly. However, the women's health check is still very helpful at a later date.
During the session we will ask about your concerns, any problems you are having and about your aims and objectives. Do you have any aches and pains, or symptoms of pelvic floor weakness?
For example: Urinary leakage or a bulging sensation.
