My mission is to increase global awareness of the number of women currently suffering from incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse and provide them with the solutions they need. This is why I created the “Pelvic Power Movement”. It is a supportive community of like-minded women fed up with peeing their pants and who want to address their prolapse issues and regain the confidence in their body that they deserve.

WELCOME I'M ESTHER
The movement is hosted by me, Esther Stubbs, the no-nonsense, straight-talking physio who is passionate about busting taboos and giving women back the power to heal their pelvic health issues. Having struggled with these problems myself, I know first-hand how hard it is to overcome them, mentally, physically and emotionally. I was angry that my body had failed me, and I was devastated that I was leaking and didn't know how to help myself. So, I started to learn everything I could about strengthening and healing my body and pelvic floor. I became obsessed with the idea of being able to regain control of my body and have the freedom to do the activities I love without the shame of leaking and the worry of a prolapse. I collated all my experience and expertise into a simple yet effective course that teaches women about their bodies, how they work, and how to regain the strength and control they lost.
